Return

You can return your items within 14 days of receiving them for a refund.

Exchange

For optical transceivers, DACs and AOCs, you can exchange them within 90 days of receiving them. 

Repair

For optical transceivers, DACs and AOCs, you're eligible for free repair service within 3 years of receiving them.

Return/Exchange/Repair Shipping Cost

 

Return/Exchange

Ecloudlight will cover all the return/exchange shipping costs if you've received the wrong item or your product arrived damaged. For return isn't a result of a Ecloudlight error, the cost of return/exchange shipping should be paid by yourself.

 

Repair

Ecloudlight provides a free repair service within a warranty period, but the repair shipping cost will be paid by yourself. To apply for refunds or exchanges, the return request should be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date. For products that are eligible for repair, repair request should be submitted within the warranty period to enjoy free repairs. In case the warranty period expires, repairs can still be offered but a certain fee will be charged case by case.
